Those shopping for 32-Inch HDTV that can be used both for watching TV and Video, connect to a gaming console, want features where you can use it with the PC as a monitor, watch images and videos directly from a thumb/USB drive. Anyone who needs a new TV for a small living room, the home office or the bed room. It does come in 22 and 26 if need should be.

Things we liked about Samsung LN32D450

We have now had this Samsung LN32D450 32 Inch LCD HDTV for about 6 weeks, and we really like it. The picture is astonishing, I compared it to a couple sets with 1080p, and I like the picture on this better. The sound is also incredible, clear, loud and with loads of different settings.

In addition to its HDMI and Component inputs (watch video and pictures from USB), the LN32D450 features a PC input, so you can use it as a computer monitor.

This Samsung LCD TV includes 65,000:1 dynamic contrast, this solves a number of the troubles which can happen while watching videos that include scenes which might be either too light or too dark. On analog TVs, shows like Harry Potter that tend to include nighttime sequences or dim places along the lines of basements as well as dark corridors are really hard to see.

This will not happen with the 65,000:1 dynamic contrast ratio feature in the Samsung LN32D450, here the backlight intensity will be adjusted automatically, giving you a fantastic enhancement in contrast. In brief, stuff which used to be really difficult to view earlier on either an older LCD arrangement or its analog ancestor have become clearly visible. You have to see it for yourself to see how great it is.

Some of the features that make us really like the Samsung LN32D450 this TV include SRS TruSurround, I’m no expert in electronics, so I will refer to its official  description of its SRS TheaterSound feature “audio enhancement technology for TVs. SRS TruSurround XT provides 3D sound without extra speakers.” And I can tell you it makes the sound high quality. And I’m also able to find several digital channels which are send out from the same TV station, but the feature I like the most is the ability to watch my videos from a USB/External thumb drive.

The menus are really easy to use because of the layout and have many great features. The look of this LCD HDTV is also worth mentioning, it looks great with the new “Touch of Color” design, Amazon describes it as “Samsung’s “Touch of Color” design features a hint of amber color naturally blended into Samsung’s traditional piano black bezel frame.” Click here to see more pictures of Samsung LN32D450.

Things we did not like about the Samsung LN32D450

Other customers say that attaching the stand to the television is challenging, but I didn’t have any problems, maybe they have updated it since (that could also be the reason most of the latest reviewers mention they had no problems). Be sure to look at the pieces and notice which area is marked “front”, which could be why some of the reviewers had problems.
